inRateTrack for Tracking. inRateTrack also provides tracking data for shipments already shipped. This allows you to display tracking data without sending your customer to UPS. You are in full control of how the information is displayed on your web site. inRateTrack returns package tracking data using the UPS provided tracking number or shipper provided Reference Number.
By using the Reference Number option, you only need to provide the client with an order number. For example, when you receive orders from your web site, each order generally has its own Order Number. When shipping this item, include this order number in the UPS Software or Web Site in the Reference Number field. After the order information has been sent to UPS, tracking information will become available from the UPS System within a few hours.
